Payment for Services and Insurance Coverage

Please check with your health insurance provider for details on coverage for home health services.  The staff at DuPage Home Health LLC will also be happy to assist you in determining what your health insurance will cover.  You will be notified of your coverage and any additional costs prior to services being rendered.
